ABOUT THIS TRIP
You start in one of the famous Private Game Reserves in the Kruger Park. Only overnight guests have access to the private reserves and you go on a Big Five safari with your ranger. You then continue to the mighty Victoria Falls. Here, the Zambezi River drops abruptly a hundred meters over a length of more than one kilometer. You take part in a guided tour to the falls and game drives in Victoria Falls National Park. The last stop is the Mothjer City of Cape Town. Day trips take you to Table Mountain, the Cape of Good Hope and the wine regions.
You don't want to drive yourself, but a small group tour doesn't have the right start date for you and a privately guided tour is too expensive? Then our English-speaking chauffeur-driven tours are just the right alternative. Your private chauffeur will take you from place to place, where you will then take part in guided day activities and excursions. However, you do not have the all-round support of a continuous tour guide. All chauffeur-driven tours can start daily and can be adapted to your wishes in advance. The more people take part in your own chauffeur-driven tour, the lower the price per person.

ONEWAY FLIGHT TO VICTORIA FALLS

A domestic or regional flight is the fastest and most convenient way to cover longer distances in southern Africa. Thanks to various competitors, there is a dense network of scheduled flights to a total of more than 25 airports. All local airlines fly with modern aircraft that meet the highest safety standards and are of course regularly maintained, just like in Europe.
The flight is operated in Economy Class. Depending on the airline, only one piece of checked baggage weighing 20kg to 23kg and one piece of hand baggage are permitted per person. You will receive details with your travel documents. Additional baggage, seat reservations and other services can be booked at very reasonable prices. We recommend arriving at international airports such as Windhoek, Victoria Falls, Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town at least two hours before departure; at smaller regional airports, 90 minutes is sufficient.
DAY 5 TO DAY 8:
VICTORIA FALLS

The mighty Victoria Falls are located directly on the border between Zimbabwe and Zambia and are without doubt one of the main attractions of southern Africa - a natural wonder that is second to none! The locals call the mighty waterfall "Mosi-oa-Tunya", which translates as "thundering smoke" and describes the natural spectacle very aptly. The Zambezi River plunges abruptly into a 110-metre-deep gorge over a length of more than one kilometer, producing an enormous spray that can be seen for miles depending on the season and water level. On Zimbabwe's side of the falls, a paved circular path leads directly along the gorge and offers a constantly changing view of the water masses from 16 different vantage points.
Wallow Lodge is situated outside Victoria Falls in a private concession area of the Victoria Falls National Park, bordered by the Masuwe River and the gorges of the Zambezi. The lodge was opened in 2022 and is slightly elevated along the Masuwe River with magnificent views from the spacious main area of the lodge as well as from all tented suites. The main lodge building is spacious and open plan, allowing guests to enjoy the view of the African bush and the animals along the river from the dining area, bar and lounge as well as from the outdoor terrace with pool and fire pit. The 16 tented suites have a bathroom/WC, an additional outdoor shower, a terrace with a view of the river, air conditioning, a fan, a minibar and a tea/coffee maker.
The price includes various activities such as a guided tour to Victoria Falls, game drives in the concession area, sundowners at Batoka Gorge, and a visit to the Victoria Falls Wildlife Trust. Transfers to the city and from/to the airport or train station, as well as local drinks, are also included. All activities and transfers are in English and are carried out with other people.
