Flights

To keep our packages as personalized and flexible as possible, long-haul flights are not included. This allows you to decide whether you’d like to book the most affordable connection or a specific airline. For example, you can use your frequent flyer miles or take advantage of low, up-to-date daily fares. We’d be happy to arrange the appropriate long-haul flights to complement your trip upon request.

All airlines have very strict policies, for example regarding cancellation policies, baggage allowances, and the information that must be included on your ticket regarding your personal travel documents. We are here to provide you with advice and assistance before, during, and after you book your flight.

Prices for flights to and from Europe to Southern Africa range around €1,000 per person, including taxes and fees, in Economy Class, depending on the airline, destination, and season. During the off-season, prices are sometimes lower than this, while during the peak season—around Christmas, Easter, and other holiday periods—they are sometimes significantly higher.

Some airlines offer a Premium Economy Class with wider seats, more legroom, and a greater recline angle. These flights to and from Europe start at €1,500 per person, including taxes and fees.

Business Class flights to and from Europe start at €3,000 per person, including taxes and fees, depending on the airline. Most Business Class seats can be converted into a fully flat bed.

The prices listed are average prices and are subject to daily availability. The booking of long-haul flights is an additional service provided upon request and is explicitly not included in the package tour.
